My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The spacious and clean rooms with a view of the swimming pool were a definite highlight, along with the variety of food and drink options available for breakfast. However, the noise from the surrounding bars at night was quite disturbing. The price for a week's stay on a B&B basis was reasonable at THB 1500 per night for a double room.

I loved the hotel's cozy rooms that come with a balcony offering nice views and its good value for being right beside the swimming pool. The only downside was the absence of beach towels, which would have been handy.

The service was commendable overall. I expected a decently cleaned room upon arrival, and the staff met that expectation. Although they spoke very good English, it was sometimes hard to understand them. However, they caught my attention and were able to provide satisfying answers.

The hotel's location is excellent, being opposite a side entrance to Festival Mall for easy quality shopping and dining. While it's approachable, it's not beach-facing as some might assume. The atmosphere, especially in the evenings with the lit-up pool bar, is quite nice.
